There's no right or wrong answer, but if you could be anywhere in the world right now, where would you be?
If I could choose one place to be right now, I would choose South Africa. My family and I went to South Africa for ten days during Spring Break in 2018. It was my favorite vacation that we have ever been on together. We spent 5 days in Cape Town and 5 days at Senalala Luxury Safari Camp near Kruger National Park. We went on seven safaris at Senalala and it was the most beautiful experience I have ever witnessed. Also, in Cape Town we crossed off many bucket list items: we went shark cage diving near Shark Alley and my sisters and I went skydiving. I have been many places around the world including Paris, London, Aruba, Rome, Puerto Rico, and Beijing; however I would give anything to be back in Africa.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
In ten years, I see myself as a successful airline pilot with a husband and one child, although I hope to have two children at some point. I want to live somewhere south of Michigan in an average-sized house on a lake. I also hope to be planning vacations with my family to exotic places where we can make many memories and take lots of pictures.

Are you best working in a group or by yourself?
I think of myself as an independent worker. I would rather work alone than in a group because I want to ensure that the work that I complete and turn in is correct and meets all guidelines. I do not mind doing a lot of work when working in a group with other people because, honestly, I do not trust the intelligence and work ethic of other people. However, I get along with many people and do not have negative interactions with the people that I work with.
Have you ever had a disagreement with a teacher, employer, etc? How did you resolve the conflict?
During my sophomore year of high school, a student in my Algebra II class confronted my teacher and accused me of cheating on a test. The teacher sent an administrator to my next class to check my arms for writing and any other signs of cheating. That night I talked to my mom and told her what had happened that day in case my teacher contacted her about our situation. The next day at school I stayed after class to talk to my teacher and we talked about the consequences of cheating and I told her that I did not cheat and never had any intention of cheating. However, she did not believe me even though there was a complete lack of evidence. I received the grade that I originally earned on my test after talking to my teacher a couple times and telling my side of the story. My teacher and I never had any conflicts for the rest of my years at South Lyon High School; she was my Pre-Calculus teacher during my Junior year and she wrote me an extremely well-written letter of recommendation for college.

If a customer asked you a question, and you didn't know the answer, what would you do?
I would first inform the customer that I did not know the full, correct answer to their question. Then I would answer it to the best of my ability and contact my supervisor if they were not satisfied with my answer.
What three words would you use to describe yourself?
I would use the words intelligent, determined, and caring.
I believe I am intelligent because I have maintained a 3.9 GPA throughout high school while being determined to always do my best. I also demonstrate intelligence and determination throughout my training as a pilot. I have put in a lot of time and money into my training that I believe has paid off. Throughout my focus on my education in school and training, I also value the feelings and lives of other people. I manage to stay caring for other people by volunteering for those who I don't know as well as spending as much time with my family as possible.
